A direct one-way transfer is the point-to-point structure. A day with several stops (a hotel, a meeting, sightseeing) is better arranged as a custom trip rather than assumed as part of the transfer.

Along the way

The Trans-Canada Highway climbs steadily out of Calgary, and the Rockies stop being a distant skyline and start closing in around the road well before you reach the park gates. You'll pass Canmore and the Three Sisters peaks on the way, then enter Banff National Park itself, with the townsite sitting at the base of Cascade Mountain, right on the Bow River.

Good to know

A Parks Canada entry fee applies once you cross into Banff National Park; PrimeKar covers the driving, not park admission. Cell coverage is generally reliable along this stretch of highway, but can thin out in short patches through the park. Wildlife (elk and deer especially) does cross the highway, particularly at dawn and dusk, which is one reason winter and low-light trips are driven at a measured pace.
