Hourly and custom service
For a day with several stops (meetings, appointments, waiting between them), hourly booking reserves the driver for a minimum of 3 hours. It's built for local, metro-area travel with a flexible schedule, not a fixed itinerary.
What hourly doesn't cover
Hourly reserves time, not unlimited distance. It doesn't extend to Banff, Jasper, Edmonton or other long-distance destinations. Those are arranged as a point-to-point route transfer or a custom long-distance quote instead.
Who books executive travel
Executives commuting between meetings, out-of-town visitors who need a reliable driver for the day, and teams travelling together for a conference or a client visit. The common thread is time that matters more than the trip itself — working in the back seat, taking a call between stops, or simply arriving without having circled a parking garage first.
A typical multi-stop day
Hourly bookings tend to follow a pattern: a hotel pickup, a meeting downtown, a lunch or second meeting, then an airport drop-off — all within one reserved block, with the driver waiting between stops rather than being re-booked each time. It's the same driver and vehicle throughout, which matters when a schedule shifts by twenty minutes and there's no time to explain the day over again to someone new.
Discretion, as standard
Calls, documents, and conversations in the vehicle stay in the vehicle. Drivers are briefed to keep a professional distance — no unsolicited conversation, no questions about who you're meeting — so the ride functions as a quiet extension of the office, not an interruption to it.
