Transportation ends up spread across expense claims and reimbursements instead of sitting in one arrangement, and there's no single relationship behind any of it.
An account changes where the arrangement sits. Trips booked against it are billed to the company rather than reimbursed to individuals, corporate bookings get priority booking, and there's a PrimeKar contact for account questions.
Underneath all of it, PrimeKar is pre-scheduled. A vehicle for a 6 a.m. flight, or for a client landing at Calgary International, is arranged ahead, so whether one is available isn't a question that gets answered at the moment you need it.

Point-to-point business trips, plus hourly and custom service from a three-hour minimum when a day needs several local stops. Long-distance and intercity travel is quoted separately.
Airport transfers
Departures at any hour, including the early ones. For arrivals into Calgary International you can add the inbound flight and PrimeKar tracks it. 45 minutes of complimentary waiting start from when the flight actually lands.
Guests and clients
A ride can be booked for someone else entirely. A client flying in doesn't need to install anything for the trip to go ahead.
Events and team travel
Multi-vehicle coordination arranged by website form, phone or email. In peak season, the earlier the better, since several vehicles and drivers need more availability than one.
