Getting home again
If you already know your return time, it's arranged as a separate scheduled ride. If it's uncertain (a reception with no fixed end), tell us, and hourly or custom service is sometimes the better fit for a flexible return. Either way, a significant change to an already-confirmed return needs a call to us; it isn't self-service on-demand once the event ends.
Multiple vehicles for a larger party
Coordinate several vehicles by website form, phone or email. There's no fixed public maximum, since it depends on vehicles, drivers, your date and the event itself. In peak season, 1–2 weeks ahead is a good recommendation rather than a strict requirement; shorter notice is sometimes possible depending on availability.
Weddings
A wedding day rarely runs on a single timeline — there's the ceremony, photos, and the reception, often at different venues, with a wedding party that needs to move as a group without being split up or left waiting. Booking ahead means the vehicle and route are settled before the day starts, so timing the drive isn't one more thing to manage while everyone else is getting ready.
Galas, corporate events, and nights out
The same coordination applies to a gala, an awards dinner, or a group heading out for the evening: one arrival together, drivers who know the venue drop-off, and a vehicle presentable enough for photos on the way in.
Anniversaries and milestone occasions
For a smaller, personal occasion — an anniversary dinner, a milestone birthday — the same booked-ahead structure applies at a smaller scale: one vehicle, one confirmed pickup and return, arranged the same way as a larger event.
